PRODUCT REFERENCE: FTPR 77 – CE 0477 – (BOTTLE)
Medical Device (class IIa): Syrup for the treatment of dry productive cough and sore throat.
Properties: FTPR 77 is a medical device specifically formulated for children.
Thanks to the presence of natural extracts which have a demonstrated effectiveness, creates a mucoadhesive protective film with barrier effect that calms the cough and soothes irritated throat.
The medical device is effective with:
Wet cough: thanks to the action of ivy extract that hydrates the mucus and helps the physiological removal
Dry cough: thanks to the mucoadhesive action of marshmallow extract rich in mucilage that form a protective film and protect the throat from irritant agents.
Throat irritation (sore throat): thanks to the emollient action of honey and marshmallow that soothe the irritated mucosa and contribute to the we llness of the throat.
Useful in case of dry and wet cough and sore throat, also associated with upper respiratory tract infections.
How it works:
Medical device promotes, with mechanical action, the protection and the hydration of the pharyngeal mucosa.
In case of productive cough promoting the hydration of the mucus it favors the expulsion.
In case of dry cough protects the pharyngeal mucosa from irritant agents carrying a soothing action on the irritated mucosa.
Posology and instructions for use:
– Children 2 4 years: 4 ml twice a day
– Children from 5 to 6 years: 4 ml 2 3 times a day
– Children from 7 to 12 years: 10 ml 2 times a day
Take preferably between meals.
Shake the bottle before use.
Warnings:
▪ If you do not notice appreciable results after a short period of treatment (7 days), contact your doctor.
▪ Do not take it if you are allergic, intolerant or hypersensitive to any component.
▪ Do not administer the product to children under two years of age.
▪ Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
▪ Keep out of the reach of children.
▪ Do not use for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
▪ No side effects associated by used the device have been observed. If you notice the appearance of side effects, inform your doctor.
▪ Expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, and properly stored.
Do not use in case the package is not intact.
Store in its original package at room temperature, place away from light.
Wash carefully the measuring cup after use.
Close the bottle carefully after use.
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the Competent Autorithy. In case of any undesired event always seek for medical advice.
