LABOMAR ACQUIRES THE MAJORITY OF LABORATORIOS ENTEMA

Labomar continues its expansion with the acquisition of the majority of Laboratorios Entema, a Spanish company specialized in the production of functional cosmetics, health products, hygiene products, antiseptics and medical devices for third parties.

With the entry into its capital, Labomar gains a further share in the Spanish nutraceutical market and strengthens its position in the functional cosmetics industry, leveraging the cutting-edge structure of Laboratorios Entema.

The Spanish company, in fact, uses advanced technologies and has an internal laboratory that constantly invests in the creation and development of new products. This is an aspect that the company shares with Labomar Group, which has always made the drive towards innovation as one of its strengths, giving life to the Labomar Research division.

The two R&D Teams will combine their efforts to improve customer service in the creation of new solutions by pooling know-how, expertise and technologies.
