Medical Device (class IIa) Hydro lacquer for the treatment of nail dystrophis and the prevention of relapses.

Properties: FTPR 68 is a medical device designed for the treatment of nail dystrophies and the prevention of relapses . It is indicated in cases of alterations caused by trauma or psoriasis, as well as deficiencies in active ingredients and damage to the
nail matrix, that generate yellowing, flaking and falling out of the nails.

Posology and instructions for use:
After cleansing the nails to be treated, proceed with 1 application 2 times a week for at least 3 months.

Close the bottle accutarel y after use.

Warnings:
▪ Keep out the reach of children.
▪ For topical nail use only.
▪ External use.
▪ Do not ingest.
▪ In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.
▪ Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
▪ The expiry date refers to the product in its intact package, and properly stored.
▪ Do not use it if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any component.
▪ Suspend treatment in the presence of abnormal reactions.
▪ Do not use for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
▪ No side effects associated by used the device have been observed. If you notice the appearance of side effects, inform your doctor.
▪ The period of validity after the first opening is 12 months.

Do not use in case the package is not intact.
Store in its original package at room temperature, place away from light and heat sources.

Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the Competent Autorithy. In case of any undesired event always seek for medical advice.

Composition: D-panthenol, Methylspermidine, Nutrilan keratin, Denatured ethyl alcohol, Depurated water, Acrilates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer, Glycolic acid.
