Medical Device (class IIa) for the treatment of sore throat, dry and wet cough.
Properties:
MAP FAMILY SYRUP is a medical device based on Acacia honey and natural extracts, it creates a protective film that calms the cough protecting the upper respiratory tract. It limits the contact of the pharyngeal mucosa with external agents with irritating action, improving the functionality of the upper respiratory tract. MAP FAMILY SYRUP acts calming the irritation, protecting the inflammed mucosa in case of dry cough also associated with sore throat.
In case of wet cough, it hydrates the mucus and favors its physiological expectoration.Medical Device for cough, it protects the pharyngeal mucosa from irritant agents, performing a soothing action on the irritated mucosa.
Posology and instructions for use:
• Children 1-2 years: 5 ml 2 times a day (or 1 coffee spoon 2 times a day)
• Children 3-4 years: 5 ml 3 times a day (or 1 coffee spoon 3 times a day)
• Children 5-12 years: 10 ml 2 times a day (or 2 coffee spoon 2 times a day)
•Adolescent and adult: 10 ml 3 times a day (or 2 coffee spoon 3 times a day)
Take preferably between meals.
Shake the bottle before use.

Wash carefully the measuring cup after use.
Close the bottle carefully after use.

Warnings:
- Before administering to children under three years of age, it is recommended that you seek the advice of your doctor.
▪ In children under three years of age, if symptoms persist and worsen after first two days of treatment, consult your
doctor
▪ If you do not notice appreciable results after a short period of treatment (7 days), contact your doctor , in any case do
not use for more than 15 days.
▪ Do not take it if you are allergic, intolerant or hypersensitive to any component.
▪ Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
▪ Keep out of the reach of children.
▪ Do not use for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
▪ No side effects associated by used the device have been observed. If you notice the appearance of side effects,
inform your doctor.
▪ Expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, and properly stored.
▪ In the event of concomitant pharmacological treatment, although no interactions with drugs are known, it is advisable
to consult a doctor before use.
▪ Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use in case the package is not intact.
Store in its original package at room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from light.
The validity period after the first opening of the syrup is 2 months. (only for Sale bottle)
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the Competent
Autorithy. In case of any undesired event always seek for medical advice.
