Medical Device (class IIa): Syrup for the treatment of cough (dry, productive, allergic, irritative) and sore throat.
Properties: Medical device for the treatment of cough (dry, wet, allergic, irritative) and sore throat. The product based on natural extracts and glycerol, creates a mucoadhesive protective persistent film that protects the pharyngeal mucosa from irritant agents, improving the functionality of upper respiratory tract. It promotes also the hydration of the mucosa and mucus promoting physiological expectoration. The formulation rich in mucilages protects the mucosa from irritation and has an emollient and soothing action in the case of inflamed throat. The fruit taste makes it particularly pleasing to the whole family.
Posology and instructions for use:
Children 2 5 years: 5 ml 2 3 times a day
Children 6 12 years: 10 ml 2 times a day
Adolescents and adults: 10 ml 3 times a day
Take preferably between meals.
Shake the bottle before use.
Warnings:
▪ If you do not notice appreciable results after a short period of treatment (7 days), contact your doctor, in any case do not use for more than 15 days
▪ Do not take it if you are allergic, intolerant or hypersensitive to any component.
▪ Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
▪ Keep out of the reach of children.
▪ Do not use for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
▪ No side effects are expected as a result of the administration of the device. However, if you notice the appearance of side effects, inform your doctor
▪ Expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, and properly stored.
▪ Since no data on use during pregnancy and lactation are available, its use is generally not recommended as a precaution due to lack of exper imental data. Even if no side effects are known, it is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In any case, consult your doctor before taking it.
▪ Do not administer the product to children under two years of age
Do not use in case the package is not intact.
Store in its original package at room temperature, place away from light.
The period of validity after the first opening of the syrup is 4 months.
Wash carefully the measuring cup after use.
Close the bottle carefully after use.
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the Competent Autorithy. In case of any undesired event always seek for medical advice.
