Available in two different flavour: Lemon and Mint or Vanilla and Orange.
Medical Device (class IIa): Syrup for the treatment of dry and wet cough and sore throat.
Properties: Medical device for the treatment of dry and wet cough and sore throat. FTPR 95, thanks to the presence of dry extracts of Mauve, Hedge-mustard and Cetraria Islandica, creates a persistent protective and soothing film with a barrier effect and protects the oropharyngeal mucosa from attack of pathogens and from harmful environmental stimulus. It rehydrates the oropharyngeal mucosa and it is useful in cases of cough (irritative, oily, allergic, dry), hoarseness, difficulty in swallowing, oropharyngitis, sore throat, cold, sore throat. It also contains Glycerol, a component of several cough syrups, used for its lubrication and demulcency properties. It increases the hydration and thinning of the mucus, hence promoting its physiological expectoration.
Posology and instructions for use:
– Children 3-5 years: 5 ml 2-3 times a day
– Children 6-12 years: 10 ml 2 times a day
– Adolescents and adults: 10 ml 2-3 times a day
Take preferably between meals.
Shake the bottle before use.
Warnings:
▪ If you do not notice appreciable results after a short period of treatment (7 days), contact your doctor, in any case do not use for more than 15 days.
▪Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
▪Do not take it if you are allergic, intolerant, or hypersensitive to any component.
▪Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.
▪Keep out of the reach of children.
▪Do not use for purposes other than that for which the product is intended.
▪No side effects associated by used the device have been observed. If you notice the appearance of side effects, inform your doctor.
▪The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, and properly stored.
▪The syrup has been specifically dosed for children from 3 years old, do not administer to children under 3 years of age.
▪Since no data on use during pregnancy and lactation are available, its use is generally not recommended as a precaution due to lack of experimental data. Even if no side effects are known, it is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In any case, consult your doctor before taking it.
Wash carefully the measuring cup after use.
Close the bottle carefully after use.
Do not use in case the package is not intact.
Store in its original package at room temperature, place away from light.
The period of validity after the first opening of the syrup is 3 months.
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the Competent Autorithy. In case of any undesired event always seek for medical advice.
